  How do I install Praetor on an Exchange 200x machine?

NOTE: If you have multiple Exchange 200x servers, Praetor needs to be installed on a stand alone machine because Exchange server-to-server communication occurs via SMTP port 25 but not in standard RFC-2822 format. Instead an Exchange-proprietary format is used.
